You know what time it is! Music Monday. Duh!
We've been doing Music Monday on the blog on and off for the past year, but I think my favorite songs to find are the ones you can move your body to. Dance, shake, lift, run, walk and stretch to these songs! I personally have this playlist for my Buti Yoga classes this week, but you can absolutely stick them with any workout you'd like.
This is an hour long playlist, with a set of warm-up songs and cool-down songs. Don't forget your cool-down! I'm a huge fan of stretching and chilling in savasana at the end of every workout, not just yoga.
My final song on the playlist is actually by an artist I've been following since early 2015, The Japanese House, and we're seeing her perform live tonight in Nashville! So exciting.
I will say that I'm kind of a granny when it comes to staying out late, so I may be a bit of a zombie by the time I get home at eleven, but I think it'll be worth it.
