Episode #15 | Buti Yoga, Neria Collective & Break Method with Bizzie Gold

Episode #15 | Buti Yoga, Neria Collective & Break Method with Bizzie Gold

Hello, my loves! I know so many of you have been staying tuned on all things the podcast has been doing so far this year, but I also know so many of you are NEW

If this is your first time here, welcome! This interview was definitely a game-changer, and I think it answers a lot of questions you might have regarding Buti Yoga, spirituality, and much more.

On a side note, my lucky number is #15, so I knew this episode was going to be lit AF.

Have you figured out who I'm talking about yet? That's right! The founder of Buti Yoga, Neria Collective, the Break Method, the list goes on and on...

B I Z Z I E  G O L D

One of the world's top Personal Development + Wellness Experts, Bizzie Gold has appeared on The Dr. Oz Show, TODAY, E!, EXTRA, Home & Family, Bethenny, ABC NEWS and MSNBC to discuss her unique approach to sustainable transformation that has garnered widespread Hollywood praise (past clients include Julia Roberts + Jennifer Love Hewitt, among others). Gold's off-the-cuff humor and focus on diligent accountability, helps clients achieve striking breakthroughs in record breaking time. An industry disruptor to the core, Gold is bulldozing the model of "coaching" that financially preys on countless women across the globe, replacing it with a sustainable model that puts the clients swift breakthrough at the forefront of all sessions.

In this episode, we discuss all of Bizzie's latest projects and how you can personally become a part of the action. The project that I'm most excited about would absolutely be the BREAK Method, a 12-week online course that walks you through all of the pathways that have made you who you are and how you work. She points out that this is not designed to be a coaching program that you will need to return to. No codependence, just tools for you to take with you and change your own reality.

The enrollment for BREAK Method ends on Sunday evening, so check it out and sign up now!

I also found her explanation of the Neria Collective so warm and inviting: Regardless of where you are in your spiritual development and unfolding: support and education are at your hands and ready to be tapped into around the pillars of protection, enlightenment, & expansion.

Intrigued yet? I thought so!

We also tackle a few controversial topics surrounding Buti Yoga, namely cultural appropriation and the misconception that Buti is merely yoga with twerking. This episode doesn't really go as much into the history of Buti yoga or Bizzie's personal history, but I highly recommend plugging in and checking out her interview on Episode 16 of the Yoga Revealed podcast

Personally, I find Bizzie's energy contagious and will be going through my Buti Yoga Teacher Training next weekend here in Nashville. I really believe that this episode is an incredible introduction to who she is, but also speaks to people who know of Bizzie yet maybe feel a little intimidated by her work and success. She's anything but intimidating! She's an inspiring and warm individual, and it's beyond worth it to become involved in what she's doing.

Without further hesitation, let's dive into this episode!
